project: CLEAN FOOD's TOP 31 HEALTHIEST VEGETABLES

Here are some veggies to consider incorporating into the diet on a weekly basis. It is not necessary to eat every vegetable; just find about 1 to 4 that can be genuinely enjoyed and will make the body feel good. Eat them often. If there is a slight indecisiveness about which ones will be good for the body, give a couple of them a try.

Use your intuition and enjoy!

*ALL VEGETABLES SHOULD BE ORGANIC (when possible)

**ALL VEGETABLES MUST BE FRESH AND NEVER FROZEN

***ALL VEGETABLES SHOULD BE BOUGHT AT A PLACE YOU LIKE AND TRUST

****If your favorite veggies are not on this list, it is only because (1) it is believed that they may not serve much nutritional value, (2) they were never regarded or (3) that they may be slightly acidic: all based on inner research of the food's effect on the body after consumption.
